Not exactly what I expected
The attentive staff organized our airport transfers seamlessly,, and the beautiful junior suite provided a lovely canal view. It seemed like a special experience in a palace setting!
Unfortunately, noise from the adjacent rooms was bothersome at night, impacting sleep quality. The breakfast room was also cramped during peak hours.

Unbeatable and stunning location to bus terminal where private car met us to continue to Marco Polo airport departures, all was great. The staff was lovely, they showed us what top-notch service is supposed to be like. Greatly enjoyed a quiet vibe. Room was magnificent and brilliant with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV😃👍

Gorgeous hotel with fine views
We stayed in a spacious Classic Double Room with canal views, perfect for watching gondolas go by. The bathroom had luxurious marble decor, and the air conditioning was excellent. Staff were super attentive and nice. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh pastries and organic juices. The location was close to attractions but still quiet.

We had an amazing two-night stay where we were treated to a delightful complimentary welcome drink and an unexpected room upgrade with a stunning view. The hotel offered great relaxation options like the leisure room and foot massages, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Only hiccup was finding our way through the maze of alleyways to get there, but once settled, it felt like pure bliss! 😊

A gem in the heart of Venice
Waking up in a grand palace, our room boasted fine views over the piazza, and the staff's warm smiles made us feel right at home.
Finding the hotel was tricky through the narrow alleys, and while the price matched the luxury, it certainly put a dent in our budget!

We loved the setting and the location. It was fun to lean out of our sixth floor window and observe the happenings in the plaza below. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The complimentary shuttle to Murano was a nice touch.
The 140 euros from the airport to the hotel and the 90 euros from the hotel to the ship seemed excessive, but then I guess Venice is an expensive city.

My stay included a spacious room with beautiful decor and attentive staff who provided excellent local recommendations. The breakfast offered a nice variety, but the breakfast room felt a bit cramped during busy hours.

The Ruzzini Palace Hotel is absolutely wonderful and the room we had was divine. Although it was very central and only a minute's walk from the major attractions, it was a haven of peace and quiet. I have never had such restful sleep in any hotel let alone one in a major city. The staff are really lovely and extremely helpful, organising outings for us and booking tables at the drop of a hat. If I could make one suggestion it would be that they invest in a decent coffee machine.....Please! Apart from that it's a brilliant place to stay and it really is value for money (which is seriously difficult to achieve in Venice).

They placed us in a suite which was new-fashioned and nicely furnished. The service was great with a fast check-in.
